Once you place an order, we send updates by SMS as your package moves through packing, dispatch, and delivery.

You can also check status anytime in your account.

How to track

• Sign in with the phone number you used at checkout.
• Go to My account → Orders.
• Open the order to see its current status and shipment details.

Order statuses

• Placed — we’ve received your order.
• Processing — seller is preparing your items.
• Shipped — on the way with tracking when available.
• Delivered — handed over at your address.
