Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice should be available.
  • Products returned in damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Refund Policy

Once your returned item passes quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

  • Prepaid orders are typically refunded to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your preferred UPI ID or card/bank details to process the refund.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability and quality check.

  • Exchange is available for eligible products only.
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.
  • The exchanged item must meet the same return eligibility conditions.

5. Important Notes

  • Bachpankart reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet policy criteria.
  • In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please report within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
